Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Al sales are final as this is a fundraiser and payments are considered a donation.  if the return request is a result of our error (you received an incorrect personalization, etc.) we will work with you to replace the item with the correct personalization.

You should expect to receive your exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your incorrectly engraved tag from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) plus the time it takes our volunteers to process your exchange once we receive it (5 to 15 business days).


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Additional postage required for International orders.  Mobi Max has different shipment rates.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the method of delivery you choose.  We recommend shipping via First Class USPS to save money on shipping.  Occassionally delays can occur especially with First Class USPS which is beyond our control.  We will process your order as quickly as we can.  We also offer FREE shipping on all tage orders over $30.00!

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The Mobi Max is on a pre-order basis and shipping is for approximately 3 MONTHS.  If you wish to upgrade to expedited shipping of 3 WEEKS, this time stamp does not begin until the full expedited shipping is received and processed.  For example, if you have been waiting 2 months and decide to upgrade to the expedited shipping, that 3 week delivery time does not start until the second payment has been made.  This is because Street Petz has to purchase these items as we are not the manufacturer and do not carry these items in stock.  Once your order is received, Street Pets also has to purchase these mobility vehicles and we also have to pay for the shipping.  There are no refunds on these mobility devices.  Nor are there any refunds on the shipping.  Please remember that this is a donation!  If the item is defective, you have a full one year warranty with the Mobi Max.  All these mobility devices are imported from China and improved in Colorao.  All warranty work is done in Colorado.

Personalized items are non-returnable.  Proceeds helps to support Street Petz.  We help feed & vaccinate the petz of the homeless.  The fund raised by selling these ID tags will be used to purchase pet food & veterinary supplies.  Please visit our website www.streetpetz.org for more information.  Thank you for supporting the petz of the homeless.
